eGift Cards
 

Using an eGift Card

​

• During payment for a Product or Service, you select the Redeem a gift card option and enter your unique eGift Card code.

• If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using the payment methods available.

Expiry

​

• eGift Cards are sold with an expiry period of 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiration date is listed on the email received with the eGift Card code.

Lost or Stolen eGift Cards

​

• You or the eGift Card recipient is responsible for the safety of an eGift Card and a lost, stolen or altered eGift Card will not be reissued, refunded or honoured.

Shipping and Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to ship the Products to the address provided by you during the order process. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be specified during the checkout process.

• Shipping of Products are limited to within Australia.

• All orders are shipped using Australia Post, express post with tracking, for a flat rate of $16.00 unless notified otherwise.

• If shipping rate differs from that specified at checkout, you will be notified before dispatch.

• An order once dispatched, cannot be cancelled.

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

• The estimated delivery timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

 

Risk of Loss

 

• The risk of loss or damage to the Products during the shipping process is the responsibility of the shipping service provider.

• The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the Products upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damages or discrepancies.
