Before you attend an EE-System session at Frequency of Light, there are a few steps to follow to maximise your experience: 1. Ensure to read Frequency of Light documents sent to you when booking and ensure to prep for your detox after your session. 2. Drink lots of water prior to your session and be well hydrated. 3. Wear something super comfortable as you will be in a recliner chair for min of two hours. 4. You may want to bring an eye mask and/or a neck pillow if you choose, to use during the session. 5. Bring a bottle of water with you.

There will be multiple recliner chairs in a room. The lights will be dim with background relaxing background music will be playing. In respect to others and to give everyone a chance to relax and let go, we ask kindly for the following not be in our EESystem Sanctuary Room while you are in a session: - No food unless a medical requirement (water allowed) - No technology (phones or iPad) - No reading of books or magazines - No talking Our EESystem Sanctuary Room is a silent room; hence no phones and we request on talking. It’s a little like having a massage…. You wouldn’t take your phone in with you as it’s a time to relax and you wouldn’t be talking through-out your massage you receive. Being in our EESystem Sanctuary Room, is like having a massage on your cells for rejuvenation and healing - the more you get out of the way of yourself, the better the results. We will provide lockable lockers so you can place your personal belongings in for peace of mind. All you need to do is close your eyes, sit back in one of our comfortable recliner chairs and allow your body to relax and rejuvenate. It’s that simple! Deep meditation is encouraged and once you enter Frequency of Light Sanctuary Room, relaxing isn’t hard to do!
